Board of Directors

Regular Board Meetings are held the third Monday of each Month at 9:00 a.m. in the conference building at 102 Trophy Drive The Hills, TX 78738

  • Directors serve a four (4) year term. Terms are staggered so that, at most, three (3) Director positions are filled. The Directors are responsible for setting policy, service rates, approving major operating expenditures and approving all capital expenditures.

Requirements for Candidates

  • A Director must be at least 18 years old, reside within the State of Texas and either (a) own land subject to taxation inside the district’s boundaries or (b) be a qualified voter in the district. The term of office is 4 years
  • Elections are held every 2 years (even years)
  • The November 8, 2022, is canceled, as the three Director candidates are unopposed. Please see Order of Cancelation for additional information.
