Public Information Requests

Public Information Requests may be made by US mail or by personal appearance at 102 Trophy Drive, The Hills, TX 78738 during regular office hours, or by emailing the District Clerk at sonja@hurstcreekmud.org

Fees for Government Records

Copy Charges
  • Standard paper copy $0.10 per page
  • Oversized paper copy (11 x 17) $0.50 per page
  • USB (if digital files are available) $3.00 each
  • Certified copy of document $5.00 each plus per page charge
Personnel Charge
  • Search Fee (when information is not readily available, i.e. in storage) $15.00 per hour
Computer Resource Charge - Retrieval of Email
  • PC $1.00 per hour plus per page charge
Postage / Shipping Charge
  • Actual Cost
The following entities merit a waiver of the charges for providing government records:
  • MUD Board Members
  • Municipal Government Officials
  • County Government Officials
  • Local Media
